What is the 360º Leadership Program?

The 360º Leadership Program is an 8-week practical leadership-development programme for leaders & managers who want to strengthen their leadership, develop their people and create more effective and collaborative teams.

The programme goes beyond traditional management. It helps you develop the ability to lead yourself, lead others and create an environment where people take responsibility, grow and achieve better results.

You do not need to be a professional coach. The programme is designed for leaders who want to bring coaching skills into their everyday leadership.

360º Leadership means looking at leadership from a complete perspective.

It starts with self-leadership and expands to relationships, teams and the wider organization.

The goal is not simply to become a better manager. It is to become a leader who helps other people become stronger and more capable leaders.

How is the programme delivered?

​

The programme is delivered live online through Zoom over 8 weeks, 1 session per week in Spanish this time. Next time in English too.

​

Is the programme theoretical or practical?

​

It is highly practical.

​

Each session combines leadership concepts with real-life situations, exercises and opportunities to practise.

​

You will be encouraged to apply what you learn directly to your own leadership challenges and workplace.

​

The objective is not simply to acquire knowledge, but to turn learning into new leadership habits and actions.

​

Do I need to be a professional coach?

​

No.

​

The programme is designed primarily for leaders and managers who want to use coaching skills as part of their leadership toolkit.

​

You will learn practical ways to use powerful questions, active listening, feedforward and coaching conversations to help your people think, develop and take greater responsibility.

​

Will I receive ICF credits?

​

Yes.

​

The programme provides 20 ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits:

• 15 Core Competency credits.

• 5 Resource Development credits.

​

The programme is ICF accredited and can contribute to the continuing education requirements of ICF credentialed coaches.

​

Please note that completing this programme does not itself provide an ICF coaching credential. ICF credentials have additional requirements.

How much time should I dedicate to the programme?

​

The programme includes 20 hours of live learning over 8 weeks.

​

To gain the greatest benefit, I recommend dedicating some additional time between sessions to reflection, practice and applying the tools to your own leadership situations.

​

The real transformation happens when you take the learning back into your everyday work.

​

Why is the programme delivered in a small group?

​

Because leadership is not a title, is learned through practice, reflection and interaction.

​

A small group creates space for participants to ask questions, practise new skills, share experiences and learn from other leaders facing different challenges.

It makes the experience more personal, interactive and meaningful.
