• Signed a collaboration with FAO -Food and Agriculture Organization- Paraguay as a 360° Leadership Development Specialist to facilitate masterclasses on Leadership, to co-create 360º Leadership Environments promoting effective communication, feedforward, emotional intelligence and people management skills. Leading Executive Coaching Sessions for leaders, supervisors, key staff and Teams to provide 360º Leadership Development tools for talent management, resilience and stress management. Supporting organizational change processes, preparing executive progress reports with recommendations for organizational strengthening.

 

• Signed a 2-year LTA -Long Term Agreement- with UNSSC -United Nations System Staff College-. Working at the Executive Coaching “Just-in-time” Program for FAO Directors and Country Representatives -D1s, P5s-. Sept. 2025 - Sept. 2027.

 

• Collaborating regularly with UNSSC, FAO, PAHO, UN Secretariat, OHCHR, UNEP, RCO Ecuador, UNAIDS, WIPO, etc. which has led me to work with more than 100 UN Leaders, from different Agencies and from a wide range of disciplines worldwide. Through my work, I have coached Directors, Country Representatives, Managers, Supervisors in demanding Leadership positions, facing challenging dilemmas, supporting them with suitable and innovative tools, to grow professionally and lead with impact. 2018 – 2026.

 

• Participated in the “UNSSC-PAHO LMCP -Leadership and Management 360º Certificate Program-”: working with their Talent Innovations 360º Assessments to support Leaders through one-on-one Executive Coaching sessions, creating an Action Plan to improve their Leader-Coach Skills, Peer Coaching and Team Coaching Skills, applying Appreciative Inquiry for enabling Innovation and a Learning Mindset for Team Effectiveness. 2023 – 25.

 

• Participated in the UN Secretariat Executive Coaching Programme for FRO -First Reporting Officers-”: working with their PMI -People Management Index- Assessments through one-on-one Executive Coaching sessions, to improve their Leadership development and Team effectiveness, overcoming Imposter Syndrome. 2024 -25.

 

• Part of the “UNSSC - FAO LEAP Programme for Assistant FAO Representatives (AFAOR)”, working with their CliftonStrengths Assessments through one-on-one Executive Coaching sessions, to improve their Leadership & Teamship Skills, their Proactivity, Agilism, Learning Mindset, Assertiveness, Change and Transformation. 2024.

 

• Participated in a Team Coaching for RCO Ecuador Director 's Management Team at the Annual Team Retreat, working on team self-perception and cohesiveness, co-Leadership and transforming silos into synergies. 2024.

 

• Part of the UNSSC - UN Secretariat Executive Coaching Programme for Supervisors, to improve their Coaching Leadership: Peer Coaching, Leader-Coach and Team Coaching Skills. 2022-2023.

 

• Worked for the UNEP-UNSSC 360-Degree Assessment and Executive Coaching Programme for Leaders, working with their 360º Assessments to support them through one-on-one Executive Coaching session, creating an Action Plan, to improve their assertiveness, leadership effectiveness, effective communication, influence, stakeholder management, strategic thinking. 2022.

 

• I was on board of the Executive Coaches Team in a major management initiative the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) undertook including a global, Office-wide 360-degree feedback for 21 Senior Leaders and 140 Managers in Headquarters and field duty stations, under the leadership of the High Commissioner and Deputy High Commissioner. 2018-19.
